Zoey walked out of the school and walked around and took a seat by the pond up in a tree. She smiled and thought for a minute about how well her Freshman year was going. She was on several sports teams and aready made friends with several seniors. She sighed and took out a book and started reading, hoping someone would come here soon.

Kris walked out of the entrance to the school, carrying her usual black notebook, which she kept all her writings and such, in. She had had enough of the dorm and had decided to come outside and get some fresh air. A bit corny, but what the hell, right? She strolled down to the pond, the strong yet subtle wind blowing through her dark brown hair. Her amber eyes twinkled as the orange sun had already started to sink over the horizon, starting to turn the sky into hues of orange, pink, and purple. She smirled and made her way to a tree, now sitting under it. What she didn't notice however was that a Freshman, Zoey Brookes to be exact, was in the tree she was sitting under. She opened her notebook and began to write about life and such. Just random thoughts she'd been having for the past few days.

Zoey looked down at Kris and jumped out of the tree and said "Hey Kris. What's up amd what are you writing?" She then sat down next to Kris and opened her laptop and started typing an email.
